Yappigo terms in plain language

Yappigo is a pet care app operated by Together North Inc. These terms explain what you can expect from us and what we expect from you.
Yappigo is still being built
Features described on this website may change before launch. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee a particular launch date or feature.
Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old.
- Use accurate account information.
- Keep your login secure and do not share it.
- Tell us if you suspect someone accessed your account.
- Use only your own account.
The My Account page will connect to the same account database used by the app. It will let you manage only your own Yappigo account. It will not create a separate WordPress account.
Pet care and veterinary advice
Yappigo helps you organize and share information. It is not a veterinarian and does not provide diagnosis, treatment or emergency services. Contact a qualified veterinarian when your pet needs medical care.
What is free
All regular pet care features for end users will be available in the free app. You may choose to pay to remove ads, but paying will not unlock or limit pet care features. Our advertising approach is still being decided.
Pet sitter marketplace
A paid marketplace for pet sitters may arrive after the initial launch. Marketplace fees will be separate from ordinary pet care features and will be shown before a transaction. Sitters and customers will be responsible for their own arrangements unless we clearly state otherwise.
Your content belongs to you
You own the pet profiles, photos, videos, posts and documents you upload. You give Yappigo permission to store, process and display that content only as needed to provide the service and follow the sharing choices you make. We do not sell your content.
Private sharing
You choose who joins your private pet circle and what access they receive. Review those permissions and remove anyone who should no longer have access.
Play fair
Do not harass people, impersonate someone, upload illegal or harmful material, break into accounts, introduce malicious software, scrape Yappigo data, reverse engineer the app or use the service for unauthorized advertising.
Account suspension and deletion
We may restrict an account when necessary to address fraud, abuse, serious rule violations, legal requirements or security risks. You will be able to delete your account inside the app and through the My Account portal when it is available.
Service availability
We work to keep Yappigo reliable, but we cannot promise that it will always be available or completely free of errors. Consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded still apply.
