How to request deletion

Email support@yappigo.com from the email address connected to your Yappigo account with the subject line: Account Deletion Request.

What may be deleted

• Your account profile.
• Your personal account information.
• Pet information and content owned by your account, where deletion is technically and legally possible.
• Uploaded photos and related account content.

What may be retained temporarily

Some information may be retained for a limited time where required for security, legal compliance, backups, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or operational records.

In-app deletion

Yappigo should eventually include an in-app account deletion flow. Until then, this page provides a clear contact-based deletion request process.
